Here's some more information about our sessions...
What can I expect from a photo session with Peyton Marie Photography?
I will try and make our session as laid back as possible. Both of my children hate getting their picture taken, so I understand how stressful it can be on people (of any age). We will take it easy and I will coach you as much as you would like.

What type of clothing is typical for a photo session?
First and foremost, I suggest wearing something you are comfortable in! Sometimes you will be leaning against walls or sitting on a blanket on the ground and it's important to feel good when being photographed. I also highly recommend light colored, neutral clothing for my style of photography.
What kind of props does Peyton Marie Photography use?
Because we are still a pretty young company, our props are limited. We have several blankets, baskets and other items for photos; however, if you have specific items or ideas you want to be photographed with - just let us know!
How long after a session can I expect my photos?
We promise to get the photos to you as soon as we possibly can. Our goal is to get a couple preview images on Facebook within 1-2 days and your entire portfolio emailed to you within 1 week.

When/how do I pay?
50% of your total is due at booking in order to reserve your session. The remaining 50% is due at the time of the session. Just talk with us about payment options and details if needed.

Why are you session prices what they are?
We recognize that a lot of people don't always print photos and when they do, they want to do it in the most cost effective manner. This is why all of our packages are for a digital collection of images. Then, you have the images to do what you want with them! You can upload them to your social media accounts or print them from a cost effective wesbite. If you are wanting high quality prints, we are happy to assist with the process... just ask!

Do you host "mini-sessions"?
Yes! We love mini sessions - keep an eye on our social media accounts for pop-up mini sessions.
What are some tips to prepare for an engagement session?
Engagement sessions are one of my favorites! I highly recommend bringing a couple changes of clothing, but being sure that you are both matching for photos. If you want the least amount of changes possible, I would recommend 1 dressy outfit and one casual outfit. As I said before, my style of photos tend to work best with lighter and more neutral colors. Another tip for these sessions is to get your nails done! We will take lots of photos of your ring and you will want to make sure your fingernails are well-manicured.

How do I get my photos delivered to me?
We will deliver your photos to your email via Dropbox. You will get an email that notifies you about your photos. Once you get to the Dropbox file of your photos, you can download them all at once or individually. Be sure not to screenshot these photos, the resolution will be too low and your photos will turn out grainy. To download from Dropbox, just select the three little dots in the top right hand corner and select "Export" your phone will automatically save them to your camera roll. While using your phone to download images is most common, we recommend downloading your photos to a computer and ordering prints from there. If you need any help throughout this process, don't hesitate to ask!
